Once the order is placed on the website, we will contact you by phone or email to set a delivery date and time. The equipment will be assembled and ready to use immediately. We deliver within 48h from Monday to Friday.Subscribe

All our subscriptions include maintenance and wear parts exchange (for normal wear) such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, transmission, motor error.

Just contact us and we will come to maintain or change your bike if necessary, within 48h for free (Monday to Friday).Subscribe

With our monthly plans, you have the option to stop your subscription at any time, directly from your customer area. We will come to pick up the equipment on site, on a date that suits you, at no cost.

Bicy offers optional theft insurance at 14.95 CHF / month with a deductible of 1,155 CHF.
If you do not wish to take out theft insurance, you are fully responsible for your bike.Subscribe

For even more peace of mind, we offer technical insurance at 31.95 CHF/month, for assistance operations where repairs are necessary, in case of breakage, accident, or intensive use. Bicy will provide you with replacement equipment.Subscribe
