As soon as you place your order, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for an appointment. With the 'Home Assistance' option, we deliver, provide services, and handle returns directly at your home in the Geneva and Lausanne regions (postal codes: 10xx, 11xx, 12xx, 13xx, 18xx). If you live outside these areas, the option is not available. Otherwise, you can pick up your bike in-store in Lausanne.

Maintenance
& wear

All our subscriptions include maintenance and wear parts exchange (for normal wear) such as tires, inner tubes, brake pads, transmission, motor error.

Simply visit our store in Lausanne directly or contact us by email or phone for home assistance (Monday to Friday). We will take care of everything directly on the bike.

With our monthly plans, you have the option to stop your subscription at any time, directly from your customer area. We will come to pick up the equipment on site, on a date that suits you, at no cost.

You also have the option to change your bike if it does not suit you, at no cost as well.

The future is soft mobility! To encourage as many people as possible to use a healthier means of transport, many municipalities and cantons can pay part of your subscription for electric bikes.

Bicy offers optional theft insurance at 15 CHF / month with a deductible of 1,155 CHF.
If you do not wish to take out theft insurance, you are fully responsible for your bike.

For even more peace of mind, we offer Home assistance at 30 CHF/month, for assistance operations where repairs are necessary, in case of breakage, accident, or intensive use. Bicy will provide you with replacement equipment.
