Why lead times have changed

Demand for our e-bike subscriptions has surged significantly over the past few weeks. Our teams are working flat out: assembling bikes, preparing orders, restocking the shop, handling deliveries. We're doing everything we can to make sure every customer gets the bike they chose, as quickly as possible.

But right now, we're not quite managing to keep pace. And rather than letting you come into the shop only to leave empty-handed, we'd rather be honest with you.

What's changing in practice Under normal circumstances, you can walk into the shop and ride away the same day with the bike of your choice, in your size. That's still our goal — and as soon as things return to normal, we'll be back to that. For now, the situation looks a little different:

Almost all models and sizes are affected There may be up to a 1-week wait between placing your order and picking up your bike

Our advice: order ahead To avoid any wait, place your order online at least one week before you'd like to get your bike. It'll be assembled, prepared, and reserved in your name. All you have to do is come and pick it up — or have it delivered.
